Texmex meets Itlian meets ..I'm really not sure

 DINNER LAST NIGHT: Smoked Sausage w/a ton of veggies(carrots,tomatoes, onions & one little lonely zucchini on the verge of death) , Cheese quesadilla's with omega3 flax tortillas and refried beans
